  This is not a rating about the quality of business with this merchant, but a low mark on Customer service. Sent some questions to this man and got in a testy exchange of mails with him. Very interesting. Fragile egos and business don't mix well. While Mr. William N. did not use profanity in his messages, he was rude nonetheless. You be the judge... Was I an overbearing new customer? I am sure There was a much better way to handle a curious (if maybe insolent) client, that would have ended in a successful business transaction...but Mr. William didn't think so...

  I most attest, I have never been on the double down however after just viewing there very nice website I saw something that turned me right off. A mandatory tip of 20% to the captains crew. While I have been on probably over 100 charters in my lifetime, I know that you always tip the crew. Shoot, they work hard (most of the time) and of course deserve a little something at the end of the trip. The amount and of course the choice to give the gratuity should be the choice of the paying customer. I would steer clear of any charter that tells you there is a MANDATORY tip. As a paying customer I want the crew to work for that tip. and after all gratuity as defined = 1. a gift of money, over and above payment due for service, as to a waiter or bellhop; tip. 2. something given without claim or demand.

  I would like to thank Sheri Sidun and the staff of Bedle Funeral Home in Keyport New Jersey for their exceptional service. This facility is much nicer than pictured on the internet, the inside is lovely and welcoming. The staff presented my dad in such a peaceful and dignified manner that I felt so at peace because Dad looked like himself, his color was just right and he looked as if he was at rest. The cost is very reasonable and the staff is considerate of your circumstances. They prepared a lovely keepsake video. I highly recommend this business; lovely facility, the service is excellent, staff is warm and professional and the cost is reasonable.

  William was awesome!!!! We rented an RV for the Firefly Festival and for a first time RV renter it really made the 4 days comfortable and a home away from home. The RV was clean, easy to use (after very clear instructions from William) and roomy. Definitely using Ruisi Auto Sales to rent from here on out! Thanks William
